PHIL JONES

Managing Director

Phil’s role at Mulberry is to lead the Development team. His broad role includes identifying and acquiring new land opportunities whilst maximising the value and ensuring smooth delivery of the ‘live’ developments through the planning and delivery stages.

Having started his career at Tesco, he has managed large teams & projects in a number of disciplines and was also responsible for delivering the world’s first zero carbon supermarket. Since joining Mulberry, Phil has played a key role in the successful delivery of numerous projects including Midlands Logistics Park, Connex Park and MLP Bedford.

He is now focusing on ensuring the next phase of projects are also a success as well as finding further opportunities for the development pipeline.

DUNCAN MORRIS

Director

Duncan is a Director of Mulberry Commercial Developments, involved with sourcing new opportunities and funding existing live projects.

He brings with him over a decade’s worth of experience in financial markets and brings his skill set to Mulberry Developments as they continue their planned expansion.

MARK DAY

Development Director

Mark is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with a broad range of commercial development expertise accumulated over a 30 year career in the industry. Over the years he has attained a deep understanding of developing large and sometimes challenging sites. Mark plays a key role in the development of commercial sites, leading teams of consultants to the successful completion of projects.

TOM BURN

Development Director

Tom has joined our Commercial Development Team bringing with him a broad range of skills and a wealth of experience. Having previously worked for Savills, Citygrove and EG Group he brings with him in depth knowledge working on both the agency and client sides of the industry and will be responsible for securing new development and investment opportunities at Mulberry.

With well-rounded experience from acquisition of development land to successful delivery of a range of schemes, Tom’s other objectives include securing longer term strategic opportunities for the business whilst also ensuring the smooth running of existing projects through the legal, leasing, planning and disposal stages.

GURDEEP GILL

Development Director

Gurdeep has joined our Commercial Development team as a Development Director bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from his technical background as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS). Having previously worked for construction consultancies such as Rider Levett Bucknall where he played an integral role in delivering the London 2012 Olympic Games, he then diversified his skillset with a move into the private equity market where he developed residential projects for a social impact fund.

Gurdeep brings extensive knowledge and experience, which enables him to maximise the potential of future developments. He will continue to take developments from inception to completion covering the acquisition stage through to practical completion, handover and disposal. He plays an active role within the team and is at the forefront of the continued expansion of the development pipeline.

TRACEY LEAK

Director of Finance

Tracey’s role at Mulberry is to lead the Finance team for the Commercial Development sector of the business.  She is a qualified Certified Accountant (FCCA) since 2001 with previous experience in manufacturing, retail and accountancy practice.

Tracey has experience of Financial accounting, Management accounting, Treasury and Shared Service Centres.

Since joining Mulberry, Tracey has played a key role in the success of numerous projects including Mulberry Logistics Park Bedford, Connex Park Harlow, Heathfield PowerPark and Midlands Logistics Park.

RACHAEL TINDAL

Project Director

Rachael brings with her a wealth of experience and as a Chartered Surveyor, her role at Mulberry Commercial is pivotal in the continued expansion and refinement of the company’s pipeline. She brings a broad range of experience covering the industrial retail, commercial, education and leisure sectors.

 

Rachael’s role as Project Director will further enhance and support the Commercial team, enabling them to collectively focus on the next phase of projects alongside the successful acquisition of new opportunities.
