Arrow Capital Partners agreed the forward purchase of Unit 4, Midlands Logistics Park in mid-2020, and the building was commenced and largely completed during COVID restrictions. The development consists of four extra large units, offering a total of nearly 3,000,000 sq ft of industrial/logistics space and is one of the largest strategic logistics schemes in the region.
