The Harlow site was acquired in December 2016 from GlaxoSmithKline and provides an opportunity create c. 525,000 sq ft of Logistics Space alongside an existing 61,000 sq ft GSK facility leased back to Mulberry.  Mulberry obtained full outline and part detailed consent for Connex Park whilst securing the sites first pre-let before selling the site on in August 2018.
